Google Ads for home-service companies

Your ads should book jobs, not just buy clicks.

I manage Google Ads for home-service companies spending $20k+ a month. You get a senior specialist on your account, not a junior account manager, and every dollar is tracked from the search to the booked job.

Month to month. No long-term contracts. You own your ad account.

The problem with big budgets

Most $20k+ accounts leak money in the same three places.

01

Junior hands on a big budget

You signed with the agency's senior team. Your account is actually run by someone who manages 30 others and changes things once a month.

02

Reports that stop at the click

Clicks, impressions and "conversions" that include tire-kickers. Nobody can tell you what a booked job actually costs.

03

Spend nobody is watching

Irrelevant search terms, zip codes you don't serve, after-hours calls nobody answers, and broad match quietly eating the budget.

How it works

Spun together, so nothing slips through.

A spindle pulls loose fibers into one strong thread. That's the job: tie your ads, calls, CRM and revenue together so every decision is based on booked jobs.

Week 1: Audit and fix the leaks

A full review of search terms, locations, match types, bidding and tracking. The obvious waste gets cut first.

Weeks 2–4: Wire up the tracking

Call tracking, form tracking and your CRM connected, so we see which ads book jobs, not just which ones ring.

Every week after: Optimize toward booked jobs

Weekly changes, landing page tests, and budget moved to the campaigns, services and areas with the lowest cost per booked job.

Every month: A straight answer

A plain-English report and a call with me: what we spent, what it booked, and what we're changing next.

Pricing

Simple, and built so we both win.

I'm paid a percentage of ad spend because I want to do well enough that you choose to spend more. The rate drops as you grow, so I'm never just pushing for a bigger budget.

  • 15% of monthly ad spend up to $30k
  • 10% on spend above $30k
  • $2,500/month minimum
  • Month to month. No long-term contract.

Who you'll work with

Hi, I'm Jonathan.

I've spent years running Google Ads, SEO, call tracking and CRM systems for service businesses, from multi-state auto engine shops to regional glass and window companies. Spindle is how I work with a small number of companies directly: no hand-offs, no account managers, no junior team.

"If I can't show you what a booked job costs, I'm not doing my job."

Free second opinion

Already working with an agency? Good. A second opinion costs you nothing. I'll record a short video walking through your account, or your live ads if you'd rather not share access.

  • Where your budget is likely leaking: the 3 biggest issues I find
  • What I'd fix first, in order, so your team can act on it right away
  • Whether your tracking can see booked jobs, or stops at the click
  • No pitch. Keep the video either way.

You'll hear back from Jonathan within one business day.

Questions

Good questions to ask.

We already have an agency. Why talk to you?

You don't have to switch to get value. The teardown is free, and many companies use it to hold their current agency accountable. If you do switch, the transition happens without your ads going dark.

Who owns the ad account?

You do, always. I work inside your Google Ads account with access you grant, and if we ever part ways, everything stays with you: campaigns, history, tracking and data.

Is there a contract?

No. It's month to month. If it isn't working, you shouldn't have to keep paying for it.

Don't you make more if we spend more?

Yes, and that's the point: I only earn more when results justify you choosing to spend more. The rate drops from 15% to 10% above $30k a month, and you'll always see cost per booked job, so you can judge for yourself whether scaling makes sense.

How quickly will we see results?

Fixing wasted spend usually shows up in the first few weeks. Tracking cost per booked job takes about a month to set up and gather enough data. After that, every month should get sharper.

Which CRMs do you work with?

Most of the common ones for home services, including ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro and HubSpot. If yours can export jobs or connect with an integration, we can usually tie it back to your ads.
